| 8412. A CHOICE OVIRAPTOR CARNIVOROUS DINOSAUR EGG. Cretaceous, Nanchao Formation, Nanyang Valley, Henan, China. The egg of an oviraptor, a carnivorous dinosaur. The egg is free of matrix and still retains its original shape with almost all of the textured shell intact. 7.6 inches. One fairly clean break repaired and with light removable calcium deposits. Very rare and desirable this nice. Much rarer than the usual Duckbill eggs on the market.
